Now that all that mumbo jumbo is out of the way, it’s time to hear from the wisest one of them all, ME!
Although my diet is a bit more specific to lizards, we still appreciate when we get local organic greens, freshly washed, and dusted with the tasty powders the business owner gives us. He says it's calcium and vitamins but who knows. All that matters is that we have a nice big breakfast to start the long day of thinking and sitting in the sun. Now that im a bit older we are making our own vitamin D3 straight from the UVB rays the sun has, so now we just need regular old calcium. Maybe when im even older I'll understand the differences. Daniel says it has something to do with fat soluble vs water soluble but what does that matter to a lizard? Were just here to supervise. Anyway, here are some pictures of this fancy dust from above so you can see for yourself.
Now that we've got that out of the way I also wanted to share the big box of goodies Daniel brought me from Big Hollow this week. Even though the greens are organic, they still need washed so we use a spray wash and follow all the directions on the back to make sure we're nice and healthy and can live a long life for the Wise Guys who need us. Take a look!
Thanks for holding the spray while I took a picture Daniel. It seems like a big box for just one lizard, but Daniel and I both share food while we're doing meal prep or a one time meal for that day, or a big batch for the week. That reminds me.. the other day I was just minding my own business when Daniel and his mom showed up after a mother's day celebration, with new containers for my salad. Thanks guys but I didn't ask for this. Im grateful that they now match the lizard colors and he can find them easily in the refrigerator now. He doesn't let me in the fridge as it's way too cold for a lizard like me. Im happy right where im at until the next car ride around Wyoming anyway. Later lizards! Im going to get off the computer and keep to munching.
